Super-sized images can be enjoyed on the 100-inch fixed frame screen any time of day.
Joe Ahmed, Head of Marketing at Optoma EMEA, commented: ""We are excited to unveil our new ambient light rejecting screen. When coupled with our ultra short throw projectors, the solution delivers an exceptional 100-inch Full HD image to meet the ever increasing demands for a big screen display - even in bright ambient lighting conditions."
Designed for use with an ultra short throw projector, the ALR100 works perfectly with the Optoma GT5500 and GT5000 projectors. These produce an image that fills the huge 100-inch ALR100 screen size with the projector placed just 30cm away. They make a neat solution for any living room and guarantee a huge picture the whole family can enjoy without shadows cast from gamers or people going to fetch the popcorn.
The ALR100's narrow bezel delivers a stylish, modern look that will complement any living space. Its 0.42 gain provides wide viewing angles from any seating position – perfect for gaming or watching the match with friends. For situations where total blackout is required, the WU1500 features a mechanical shutter, making it perfect for stage shows and live events. It is fully compatible with Crestron, Extron, AMX and PJLink protocols, allowing comprehensive network control.
The WU1500 is available for an estimated end user price of $21,999 through Optoma ProScene authorized dealers and distributors, including AVI-SPL, CCS, Dobbs Stanford, Full Compass, IAVI and Stampede Presentation Products.
